Introduction:
The institute of Air Traffic
Control has been established since 1991, it's the first institute in the Middle
East and Africa that graduates qualified air Traffic Controllers, every four
years the graduates get a bachelor degree in Aeronautical science that is
equivalent to the bachelor degree granted by the Egyptian universities with
order no 338 dated on 1994 the high council of universities has renewed the
equivalence with order no 30 dated on 28/4/2001.
This institute is considered to be
one of three institutes on the international level that grantes scientific
degree. The graduates work as air traffic controller according to the National
Air Navigation Services Company requirements. That approved by the minister of
transport. The institute organizes organize high studies diploma , and master
degree in satellites applications in Aviation and Meteorological observations.
The institute is being developed and provided with
the modern training equipments that coincide with the aviation systems and that
management of the Aviation movement through satellites, to be on the top of the
specialized international institutes in this field.
